Many people go through life without much thought about taking care of their 90 year old self. Then it's too late!
Doing the easy things now makes the later health issues hard! But doing the hard things now (but broken into small manageable healthy habits) makes your 90 year old's health easy! The choice must be decided upon NOW and disciplined habits formed to make that possible. My health coach, Carolyn Reynolds, has done that for us!
